Allen Datagraph appoints VP sales and marketing

Allen Datagraph Systems Inc (ADSI) has appointed Mark Vanover as vice president, sales and marketing. In his new position, Vanover will oversee worldwide sales and marketing activities and business development, building ADSI’s presence and product brands in the package printing and converting markets, and developing new sales and marketing partnerships with complementary vendors.
Vanover’s career in the graphic communications industry spans almost 30 years. Since 2003, his most recent assignment was vice president, marketing, at EskoArtwork. He had responsibility for the direction of brand marketing efforts related to advertising; public relations and trade show activities. Prior to EskoArtwork he was marketing director, packaging, for Creo Americas. Vanover has also held marketing and sales posts at Stork Coloproofing, Polaroid Graphics Imaging, Vermillion and E. I. DuPont.
‘We are fortunate to have someone of Mark Vanover’s depth and breadth of graphic communications experience – in all aspects of package printing and converting – on board to lead our sales and marketing efforts,’ said Mike Elliot, president, ADSI. ‘Mark understands how our products fit in our markets, and has perceptive ideas how to grow our business activities worldwide. We expect Mark will become an important point person for ADSI; both as a company resource and an industry figure.’
