Anderson & Vreeland appoints training/technologies specialist
Anderson & Vreeland has announced the appointment of Justin Green as training and technologies specialist.
In his new position, Green will be directly involved with Anderson & Vreeland’s quality control initiative (recently implemented in its Bryan laboratory) as well assisting with internal and external professional development programs for A&V employees and customers.
Green recently received a Masters of Science degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson University that complements his Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications earned with a minor in Applied Business from Chowan University in 2005. He also earned three Associate Degrees; one in Print Production and Imaging Technology from Chowan University, and two in Graphic Arts and Imaging Technology – one with a concentration in Flexography from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC.
‘A&V has had a long-standing commitment to flexographic education and training,’ said Howard Vreeland, Jr., chief operating officer of Anderson & Vreeland, Inc. ‘Justin exemplifies what this flexo training is all about. The fact that he is already giving back to the community by serving graphic arts organizations is truly remarkable. We are excited to have Justin join our training/technologies team, which makes us a direct beneficiary of flexo programs available to today’s students and tomorrow’s flexographers.’
