EFI appoints Latin America sales director for inkjet products

EFI has appointed Patrick Morrisey as sales director for inkjet products in Latin America. The North American executive has 26 years of experience in the digital printing market, having previously worked for graphic arts companies Creo America and Lenight.

Morrisey has worked at EFI since 2007 as regional sales manager for inkjet products in the USA and Canada. This region remains under his stewardship, with Latin America now added to his remit. Based in Miami, Morrisey in charged with increasing the comapany’s penetration of the Latin American market in partnership with local distributors. In Brazil, EFI is represented by Alphaprint, a provider of equipment, service and consultation for pre-press and offset and digital printing. 

‘It will be a welcome challenge to cater to the Latin American market,’ said Morrisey. ‘Our team is looking for partnerships and to supply an even more dynamic and qualified service to the market. We want to offer greater convenience in our supply of the best technology in digital printing, reduction of delivery times and better financing conditions.’
