Familiar face in a new position at Harper Corporation
Global anilox supplier Harper Corporation of America has announced that Bonnie Hudnall has been promoted to the position of customer service team leader.
‘With 13 years of experience in Harper’s customer service department, Bonnie is uniquely qualified for this job,’ said Pat Brzyski, Harper’s customer service/sales manager. ‘Her positive attitude and willingness to step up and help out whenever and wherever she’s needed are incredibly valuable to us.’
Hudnall joined Harper Corporation in 1993 as a customer service representative, and from there became a customer service specialist before being named the team leader.
In her new capacity, Hudnall will continue to work with the customers in her current territories. Her new responsibilities include assisting and offering direction to other customer service representatives, and working closely with Brzyski, the customer service manager.
‘I have really enjoyed working at Harper over the years, and I get the opportunity to meet a lot of nice people. My customers are great, and I love to meet them when they visit Harper or we see each other at trade shows,’ said Hudnall. ‘In my new position, I’m looking forward to working with our customer service manager to ensure that our department continues to run smoothly and efficiently on day-to-day basis.’
