Flint Group Printing Plates announces new appointment

Mr Thomas Linkenheil has assumed the position of head of the key account management at Flint Group Printing Plates. He succeeds Holger Neumann, who took over the position of head of the printing plates technical application department.

Mr. Linkenheil was born in 1967 in Leonberg, Germany. Since starting work in the graphic arts industry in 1984, not only has he successfully completed his Master of Offset Printing in 1993, but he has also finished a university degree in Printing Engineering in 1999.

His work experience after his university degree includes more than six years at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG as the international product manager for ‘direct imaging’, and from 2001 as senior marketing and sales manager. He joined the Flint Group (formerly XSYS Printing Solutions) in September 2004 and was head of key account management for Sheetfed Packaging and responsible for the global Sheetfed Packaging business until January 2006.
