Global anilox roll supplier Harper Corporation of America has announced the promotion of Lee Kluttz to the position of plant manager of its Charlotte, North Carolina, manufacturing facility. Kluttz has been employed with Harper Corporation since 1994.

Kluttz has previously worked in various manufacturing positions, including four years as a Harper GraphicSolutions technician, three years as the Charlotte plant’s second-shift supervisor, and for the past three and a half years as Harper Corporation’s customer service manager.

‘Lee brings a well-rounded knowledge of both manufacturing and customer service to the position, as he’s worked extensively in both areas,’ said Ron Harper, company CEO. ‘His combined talents and experience are unique, so he will be able to offer us new insights. In addition, he knows our customers extremely well, and understands their high quality requirements.’

‘Dealing with customers on a daily basis gives you a better understanding of their needs and perspectives, and I am looking forward to applying that understanding to my new position,’ said Klutz.
