Chris Scully has been appointed sales director of KBA (UK).
Formerly area sales manager for the south-west region and director for key accounts, Scully, who joined KBA in 2004, has spent his entire working life in print.
Speaking for KBA (UK), managing director Christian Knapp said: ‘Chris has the drive and ambition required to succeed at the highest level and I am delighted that he has agreed to take up this challenge. His technical knowledge and understanding of the marketplace will prove invaluable in pressing home the advantages of KBA.’
Commenting on his promotion, Scully (pictured, top) added: ‘This is an exciting opportunity because many print organisations have adapted to the new marketplace and are ready to upgrade their pressrooms.
'My challenge is to explain the financial, operational and quality benefits of the innovations KBA demonstrated at Drupa 2012.’
