L&L welcomes new deputy editor

Tarsus Group’s international label and package printing trade title, Labels & Labeling has recently appointed Michelle Winny as deputy editor.

As deputy editor of Labels & Labeling and based in Tarsus’ London office, Winny will spearhead editorial coverage of the European label and packaging market.

Speaking about the new appointment, L&L’s Group Managing Editor Chelsea McDougall says: ‘We are thrilled to add Michelle to our global editorial team. She comes to Labels & Labeling with proven expertise for understanding complex and technical topics, as well as a wealth of knowledge of B2B journalism. I am certain Michelle will cultivate excellent working relationships with our key industry suppliers and leading converters as she serves in her capacity as our new deputy editor. Michelle is an excellent addition to the magazine as we continue to grow and evolve.’

Speaking about joining the team, Winny says: ‘I’m delighted to be joining such an internationally renowned title that is of huge significance to the print sector, especially at a time when there is huge growth in areas such as digitization, automation and AI transforming the industry.’

Labels & Labeling is part of Tarsus Group’s labels division, which includes Labelexpo Global Series events. Most recently the portfolio hosted Labelexpo Southeast Asia which offered an impressive selection of cutting-edge materials, live machinery demonstrations and product launches from the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers. Future shows include Labelexpo Mexico in April and Labelexpo Europe in September.
