McDowell Label & Screen Printing announces new appointments

McDowell Label & Screen Printing, based in Plano, Texas, a manufacturer of labeling products, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging, has appointed John McDowell, pictured, as the company’s president. McDowell has served as the company’s vice president of sales since 2006.

Jay Luft has been appointed as vice president, after serving as the company’s operations manager since 2006. Phil Norris, an industry veteran who has worked in roles from sales to general management, has been appointed as sales manager.
