New appointment at MDC

Max Daetwyler Corporation, manufacturer of doctor blades and precision equipment for the printing industry, has announced that Dave Southall has joined the MDC Sales Team as regional sales manager for Pressroom products. He will be responsible for sales and technical support in the Mid-Atlantic region, and will be based in Richmond, Virginia, USA.

Southall has over 25 years of experience in the printing industry. Most recently he was the Pressroom technical supervisor with Quebecor World Printing in Richmond, Virginia. He has been involved with all phases of the gravure printing process, including operation and installation of printing related equipment as well as training and development and design of equipment to facilitate the printing process.
