New operations director for Tenza Technologies

Tenza Technologies, the manufacturer of self-adhesive products for the packaging and stationery industries, has announced the appointment of Dave Munro as head of operations.

Munro will be responsible for all operational aspects of the business from purchasing through to logistics. 

Coming from a plastic packaging background Mr Munro was previously operations director at Elopak, which manufactures HPDE blow moulded bottles for the dairy industry. He brings to Tenza a broad range of manufacturing and technical experience including qualifications in mechanical and production engineering.

Munro commented: ‘It was obvious from the outset that Tenza has a very committed work force. It is a strong company with many growth opportunities in both the long and short term and I hope to capitalise on these by introducing a more effective operations system which will both add value and help to reduce waste across our customers’ supply chains. It is wonderful to be part of such a great British manufacturing company.’
