Nordson Corporation recently announced changes to its executive management structure for its Adhesive Dispensing and Nonwovens Fiber Systems.
In his new role as vice president sales and marketing of Adhesive Dispensing and Nonwovens Fiber Systems, Jeff Pembroke will be responsible for the global market development and product management of the Adhesives businesses. He also will direct the Nonwovens and Web Coating Systems businesses as well as North American sales and service for the Packaging and Product Assembly business. Mr Pembroke joined Nordson in 2005 and was previously vice president sales and marketing of the Finishing and Coating Systems business segment.
James DeVries has been appointed to the position of senior vice president operations for Adhesive Dispensing and Nonwovens Fiber Systems. Devries will lead the adhesive engineering and manufacturing operations located in North America, Europe and China as well as continue to manage the Nonwovens Fiber Systems business. DeVries started his Nordson career in 1984 and has had a succession of roles within Nordson's Automotive and PPA businesses, most recently as vice president of the Nonwovens, Web Coating and Fiber Systems business.
As new senior manager Packaging and Product Assembly Sales and Service North America, Charles Waychoff will oversee the North American sales and service organizations, including corporate accounts, OEM’s and third party sales. Since joining Nordson in 1993, Waychoff has gained extensive experience in managing and leading sales strategies in the competitive global market. Most recently, he served as sales manager of the company's Paper and Paperboard Converting business unit, where he led the acquisition of new product sales.
‘Each of these individuals has the commitment, capability, and experience necessary to deliver the performance we expect,’ said John Keane, corporate senior vice president in charge of Nordson’s Adhesive Dispensing and Nonwovens Fiber Systems business. ‘I am confident that these organizational changes strengthen our leadership team, add talent in important areas of opportunity, and better position Nordson for long-term growth.’
