Sistrade appoints marketing manager for Spain

Sistrade, a Portugal-based MIS supplier, has appointed Paloma Lombana Sanz as its marketing manager for the company’s Spanish subsidiary. She will be based in Madrid. 


Sistrade’s CEO Antnio de Sousa Ribeiro said: ‘With Paloma Lombana, the company continues to pursue its goal of strengthening the commercial and technical capacity in Madrid.’ He stated that Lombana has ‘substantial experience in the market in which Sistrade operates’, while revealing that one of the company’s primary objectives for 2010 is for the Spanish market to represent 30 percent of orders.


Paloma Lombana graduated in public relations and has a master’s degree in graphic processes. Twenty years ago she was a founding member of Alfa Microgs S.A.. After working for Cophelsa – of the Grupo Torras – she held the position of managing director, administrator and sales manager of Importadores Tcnicos (Imtec). In 2006, after a year in technical sales, ERP, in Inextrama S.L., she became institutional relations manager and later took places in corporate communications. Between 2008 and 2009, Lombana acted as commercial consultant and marketing manager in Optichrome Computer Systems in Spain, which supplies ERP products for the printing industry.
