Sokymat executive management welcomes Thomas Hitzer

Sokymat SA, a supplier of RFID transponders, has welcomed Thomas Hitzer, executive vice president sales & marketing, to the executive management.

Thomas Hitzer, who has been vice president of sales & marketing since April 2005, continues to be responsible for leading the group’s sales and marketing team.

Currently reporting to John Rogers, CEO of Sokymat, Thomas Hitzer joined Sokymat as product marketing director in 1999, and during his nearly seven-year tenure he has filled the roles of vice president cards & labels and vice president sales, responsible for the Americas, Asia, Italy and Spain. Prior to joining Sokymat, Thomas Hitzer worked in the RFID industry for 10 years with Temic/Atmel.
