Western Shield Label appoints VP of sales & marketing

Western Shield Label has named Thomas Moyer vice president of sales & marketing.  Moyer comes with nearly 15 years experience in the PS label industry. He will drive Western Shield’s growth strategy with expanded content labels, coupons and other specialty products in gourmet foods, health & beauty Aids and other industries.
