Flint holds distributor symposium

Flint Group Flexographic Products has invited distributors from all over the world to a symposium, taking place on May 2 2012 in Stuttgart.

Presentations will include informative lectures on market challenges, new trends and technologies, as well as product news and developments. Well-known speakers from the printing industry will participate in the conference.

The meeting will conclude in the company’s demo center with a presentation of the latest generation of equipment. The nyloflex Next Exposure FV will be shown in action to a wide audience for the first time since market introduction. The innovative technology enables an easy and sharp reproduction of finest elements, screens, text and fine line work onto flexo printing plates. By this surface texturing, the ink transfer can be significantly improved in the printing process; thus the printing quality is considerably enhanced.

A special focus of the event will be automation. The nyloflex Automated Plate Processor (APP) will be presented, demonstrating a high level of standardization and efficient automation, helping to improve plate and print quality. The high performance processing line has a capacity of up to 120 plates (320 sqm) per day.

Flint Group will also demonstrate the nyloflex In-The-Round technology with the time saving nyloflex ITR Exposure for parallel exposure of two ITR sleeves and the highly productive nyloflex ITR Processor, where up to 120 sleeves can be processed per day.
