MPS to represent Raantec equipment in UK
Germany-based Raantec has appointed MPS UK as distributor of its plate mounting equipment range in the UK.
MPS has already sold more than six of the units to various label and packaging printers throughout the UK, with the units said to be receiving ‘rave reviews’ for their accuracy and reliability.
The PlateExakt features a horizontal pneumatic plate bed that allows the operator to hold the plate in the correct position until it is released to wrap around the cylinder. Plate roll cylinders or sleeves can be handled by the unit and its steel frame guarantees that the PlateExakt mounts plates to an accuracy that can be repeated time and time again. The cool light LED’s ensure that the image presentation is crisp and sharp and that the focus of the cameras remains perfect at all times.
