Pro Label buys Xpanded Label Technology LLC

Pro Label Inc. has purchased the assets and intellectual property of Xpanded Label Technology LLC.

This acquisition will allow Pro Label Inc. to provide a broader range of service and product offerings to former Xpanded Label Technology customers, while adding new technology to their current capabilities.

Pro Label Inc. president Kevin Wichman commented, ‘We are excited about the growth that this acquisition presents. Our commitment as a trade supplier was one of the key reasons that we saw this as an excellent opportunity for our customers and our company’. 

In addition to the assets and intellectual property, several key employees will be joining Pro Label Inc. as part of the transition plan. The Xpanded Label Technology name will be discontinued.
