Renaissance Mark – restructuring and relocating

Renaissance Mark has announced a strategy to refocus the company from a functionally driven business to a more customer-focused organization.

The business will be realigned around three key business units: food and beverage, based in Bowling Green; wine and spirits, based in Napa; and narrow web labeling solutions, based in Fullerton, California. This market-segment approach will allow Renaissance Mark to create focused teams providing improved service.

The company will also be relocating its headquarters from Denver to its operation in Bowling Green – a 300,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility – and will be appointing a new president and CEO before the end of the year.

‘We recognized that our customers have different needs and we want to ensure that we can fully understand and meet those varied needs by bringing management and key decision-makers close to our customers,’ says wine and spirits division manager Marc Hoffman. ‘We believe this transition will allow us to build on the success we’ve experienced in the business and position us as a leader in the industry well into the future.’
