Rotoflex expands their line of operator-friendly designs

Rotoflex International has announced the introduction of the new HLI series in 13" and 16" web widths.

The company said in statement: ‘The HLI series of slitting, rewinding, and inspection machines are designed to meet the increasing demands of today's converting and label markets. From the small VSI and HSI models to the larger, more sophisticated VLI and now HLI (both available with eDrive), Rotoflex offers complete horizontal and vertical inspection solutions.

‘The HLI delivers consistent slitting performance (razor and shear knife) through improved tension control. Running at speeds up to 950 feet per minute, this machine will ensure trouble free operation, while processing tension sensitive materials (including clear on clear labels, paper on paper applications, and labels with perforations).

‘The HLI advantage, as with VLI, is a complete motor drive solution for rewind, unwind, and main draw. Additionally, the touch screen monitor supports the market's demand for easy job set-up and storing to reduce waste and downtime.’

The HLI has an ergonomic friendly design with optional features including a roll lift, waste wind up, and multiple slitting modules. Additionally, Rotoflex offers a number of extras to allow customers to easily accommodate for specific applications.
