Scanpak Inc. announces Australian RFID distributorship

Scanpak Inc., a developer and manufacturer of Active RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) products, has announced a distribution agreement with Austab Barcode Systems Pty. Ltd. of Melbourne, Australia. Scanpak, with more than 75 install sites worldwide, manufactures active RFID reader and tag technology operating at the 434 MHz frequency band. Austab, a wholly owned Australian company, is a leader in the field of automated data collection systems and barcode labelling.
