ScanSource Europe expands printing solutions with Printronix

ScanSource Europe, a pan-European distributor of automatic data collection, EPoS and mobility solutions, has announced a pan-European agreement with RFID printer manufacturer Printronix of Irvine, California. The agreement, which covers Printronix’s complete line of printing solutions, will complement ScanSource Europe’s printer offering.

Following the introduction of Printronix’s industrial printing hardware to US resellers, ScanSource Europe will now carry Printronix’s solutions to its EMEA reseller base.

'ScanSource Europe resellers providing printer applications will be delighted to learn that we now offer Printronix’s high-performance thermal, RFID, line matrix printers and continuous laser printers,' said Vincent Decoster, ScanSource Europe’s merchandising director. 'Complete printer solutions are now only one phone call away, whatever the type of printer needed.'

Supply chain operators and IT managers use Printronix printers for a multitude of applications: business reporting, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution printing. Line matrix printers, which can be used in applications requiring multi-part invoice paper, will be of particular interest to resellers offering industrial solutions to its manufacturing, automotive, logistics and supply chain customers, as well as RFID-enabled thermal printers.
