ScanSource Europe partners with Metrologic

ScanSource Europe has signed an agreement to distribute Metrologic data capture and collection products. The partnership will allow ScanSource to provide services to Metrologic resellers across the United Kingdom.

The addition of Metrologic Instruments, a leader in retail scanners and mobile computers, allows ScanSource to enlarge and extend its EPoS, supply chain and scanning investment to the reseller channel.

‘Metrologic hardware enhances our offering and means resellers can now buy their complete PoS solution from ScanSource Europe,’ said Xavier Cartiaux, managing director of ScanSource Europe.

‘As well as aiding our current resellers, distributing Metrologic will also prove valuable to potential resellers,’ said Vincent Decoster, merchandising director at ScanSource Europe. ‘Our value-added services and experienced EPoS and Auto ID specialists will bring resellers new opportunities and enable them to grow.’

ScanSource Europe’s Auto ID customers will benefit from products like the new MS 1890 Focus rugged Area Imager or the SP5700 OptimusPDA Mobile Computer, specially designed for this industry.
