Shareholder buy-out at GRE International

Keith Robson and Kevin Smith of Boston, UK-based GRE International Ltd have announced the purchase of a part shareholding in their business owned by Rolf Reichle of GRE Engineering AG. Keith Robson and Kevin Smith are now sole shareholders of the business.

GRE International Ltd has changed it's name with immediate effect to Global Print Services (GPS) Ltd, all other company information remains the same.

GRE Engineering AG and Global Print Services Ltd ‘will continue their excellent working relationship as before’, according to a statement.
