Shore to Shore acquires John Hampden Packaging Ltd

Shore To Shore has acquired John Hampden Packaging Limited and its worldwide subsidiaries.

The John Hampden Packaging group is a manufacturer of branded packaging in the United Kingdom. The combined synergies between both companies will offer customers a single source for global brand packaging solutions in the softlines, home collection, and hardlines markets.

The Shore To Shore UK leadership team will be headed by managing director, Girish Naker, with the following executive appointments:

John Lowey - finance director
Kevin Harris - operations director
Laura Cate - sales director

Integration of John Hampden Packaging into Shore To Shore operations is targeted for completion by the end of the year, with facilities being consolidated in Heanor, Derbyshire, UK.
