Soma opens Customer Service Center hotline

Soma Engineering has announced the opening of a three tiered Customer Service Centre to support its international customer base.


The new Customer Service Centre includes a 24 hour hotline that is accessible seven days a week, 365 days a year to ensure continuous technical support should Soma equipment owners encounter problems. The Customer Service Centre will also provide operator training to optimize skills in the efficient use of Soma equipment. Training can either be arranged at customer locations or at the Centre itself. Soma customers will also benefit from access to a new maintenance inspection program that can be scheduled at regular intervals to keep equipment running at peak production levels.


A dedicated team of personnel has been added to handle incoming enquiries to the Customer Service Centre headed by customer service manager Katerina Pilna (pictured) who joined Soma Engineering last year.
