Stork implements new customer service program
Stork has initiated a new corporate-wide program entitled Stork ServiceExcellence and had some new appointments. The Stork ServiceExcellence program means that every Cellramic employee has been provided off-site training on the keys to provide excellence in customer service to all customers.
David Lanska has been appointed to take over as Midwest Regional Sales Manager. David will be the contact for anilox or related services in the states of IA, IL, IN, OH, MI, MO, MN, WI. He will continue to support customers in Canada as well.
Tom Bass will continue as the primary contact for anilox rolls and related products for customer in the Eastern Region of the US.
