Baker Materials to stock Fasson Polyexact PE

Baker Materials has added to its range both white and clear versions of Fasson Polyexact PE in smaller run lengths.   

Polyexact PE is top coated and suitable for all conventional label printing processes including hot foil stamping, laminating and thermal transfer. Substrate properties and performance are optimized to counter material wandering on press and eliminate its effect on print registration. Applications for use include plastic bags, squeezable bottles and other flexible containers in the cosmetics, toiletries, bodycare and household industries.  

PolyexactPE uses a clear, permanent acrylic adhesive that complies with recommendations for direct contact with dry and moist, non-fatty foodstuffs and is optimized for UV and weather resistance. The liner material is a super-calendared glassine paper specially intended for high speed converting, punching, perforating and kiss-die cutting.
