DPM opens thermal transfer ribbon slitting facility

Digital Printing Media (DPM), a member of Korim, has opened a new thermal transfer ribbon slitting facility in West Caldwell, New Jersey equipped with new automated film slitters and packaging equipment. 

‘This new facility and equipment represents the start of a series of key investments being made by DPM to become a worldwide leader in thermal transfer ribbon production,’ said Jin Kim, president of DPM. ‘In addition, investments are being made not only in our facilities, equipment, and systems but also in the hiring of key industry personnel to further facilitate our growth and enhance our value to our customers.’
