Fedrigoni achieves ISO 9001 certification

Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives, a former Acucote brand, part of The Fedrigoni Group, one of the global leaders in the production of premium labels and self-adhesive materials, has announced that its Graham, NC facility has been certified by DQS Inc. to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized quality management standard developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The certification provides a model for companies of all types and sizes to use in building an effective quality management system. The standard is based on several quality management principles, including having a strong customer focus, involvement of high-level company management, an outlined process-based approach, and ongoing improvement.

The Fedrigoni Group encourages each entity to have ISO 9001 certification. This allows the Group to provide continual support and improvement to its customer base. While the Graham facility already complied with many of the requirements of ISO, going through the formal certification process ensures that customers have a similar experience with materials shipped from the Graham facility as with other Fedrigoni-Self Adhesives locations.
