Herma maintains BRC accreditation
The British Retail Consortium (BRC) has issued a new ‘global standard for packaging and packaging materials’ certificate (low hygiene risk category) to Herma UK.
The BRC recently changed its standards to reflect the needs of customers to ensure packaging is produced in a hygienic environment and the quality and performance are effectively managed to meet specifications.
The standard specifies the safety, quality and operational criteria required within packaging manufacturing organizations to fulfil obligations regarding legal compliance and protection of the customer.
