MGX to deliver a fresh collection of specialty substrates

The company will showcase its latest products at Printing United 2023

MGX, a company offering printable specialty substrates, will be showcasing products specifically designed for digital print at Printing United 2023.

Its latest range includes a revamped pressure-sensitive collection. ‘We heard our customers' needs and made changes to improve performance in print production and end applications,’ said Jeremy Underhill, vice president of sales. With new, harder adhesives, the result is cleaner cutting and die cutting, plus the company’s improved low tack adhesive has the tack and longevity without leaving residue. ‘Our enhanced offering boasts superior performance and broader compatibility across indigo and dry toner production press technologies,’ continued Underhill. Visitors at the event can get their hands on MGX’s pressure-sensitive adhesive samples.

The company is also excited to introduce PaperTyger, which serves as the perfect intermediate solution between paper and synthetic for short term applications that seek to balance durability and affordability. With MGX's specialized coating tailored for indigo and dry toner machines, PaperTyger combines the tear resistance of synthetic materials with the look, feel, and printability of paper, all without the hassle of static.

Visitors can also connect with MGX experts at the event, to learn about its products, tips and tricks for seamless substrate applications.
