Ritrama receives FSC certification at two Italian facilities

Ritrama has achieved the FSC Chain of Custody certifications in Italy for a range of labelstock produced at its coating factory in Sassoferrato and for its slitting and distribution center in Caponago.
FSC (the Forest Stewardship Council) is currently the main global forest management certifications. The chain of custody tracks certified material from the forest to the final labelstock product, and guarantees that the material comes from FSC approved mills. The Sassoferrato factory is the company’s main base of manufacturing wine labelstock in Europe.
Ricardo Rink, Ritrama’s CEO, said: ‘The FSC achievement – together with others dedicated projects with the aim to reduce environmental impact – confirms that sustainability is our ethical commitment which we also extend to partners and suppliers.’
