Systems Labelling scoops enterprise awards

Excellence in Customer Service was awarded for the company’s continual focus on customers, which includes a customer service team that demonstrates reactive and personable service skills, an impressive technical knowledge and the ability to manage the orders through a bespoke management information system.
Supporting this, the implementation and management of stringent quality control procedures ensure customers receive labels fit for purpose. Quality and technical director David Acott said: ‘Where issues arise we have the systems, people and knowledge in place to react swiftly and positively to eradicate errors.’
Success through People was awarded for the company’s track record of developing staff through an in-house development program. Systems Labelling has an enviable staff retention record and recently created 30 new jobs at the company.
The awards follow a successful year for the company which has seen it add two production sites to its business.
