Thomas Glas inducted into LPIA Hall of Fame

Label Printing Industries of America (LPIA) has announced that Thomas Glas, regional sales manager of Vacumet Corporation, is the seventh recipient of the LPIA Hall of Fame.  He was inducted during the September 2005 LPIA Fall Management Conference.

Glas has been with Vacumet Metallized Papers since March 1987.  Vacumet is a leading converter of holographic and metallized papers. Vacumet products are used in the promotion and packaging of major consumer products. 

Glas’ primary focus is the offset label account market in North America.  Prior to Vacumet, he held positions within Schoeller and Hoesch, North America.

He is a current member of the LPIA Board of Directors, and has been a member of LPIA since 1985.
