Doga Etiket, founded in 1996 and today one of Turkey’s leading printers, produces self-adhesive labels and unsupported filmic materials for the industrial, commercial, health and beauty, food, beverage and pharmaceutical markets.

Bora Inan, managing director, said: ‘we choose the Prati Jupiter thanks to its servo-driven technology. Furthermore, the VaryControl program grants accurate tension management according to the different materials. Every change-over is fast and easy; even when we pass from labels to film we need just few minutes to set the machine.’

The press at Doga runs at 315 m/min with all functions running, either with self-adhesive labels or with unsupported filmic materials. The rewinding is processed on a single shaft equipped with the arm that separates the lines and grants mirror final rolls.

‘We trusted in the experience and ideas of Mr Prati, well-known in the labels sector, and we invested in the Top Prati machine,’ concluded Inan.
