UPM Raflatac updates Raflink Business Line

UPM Raflatac, a supplier of pressure sensitive labelstock and RFID tags and inlays, is launching robust ordering and claim tracking self-service tools with the latest update of its North American eBusiness platform, the Raflink Business Line.

North American customers will be able to use the Raflink Business Line to research UPM Raflatac’s standard and trimless labelstock products, order products online, track shipments door-to-door, access and analyze their purchasing history, monitor claims and credit adjustments and manage their accounts. Rich data, product catalogs, search tools and self-service functionality will help customers optimize product ordering and usage, thus streamlining just-in-time manufacturing processes.
