US converter honored at state print competition

US converter Inland Label, headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin, received three Awards of Excellence in the 11th Annual Graphics Excellence Awards, a statewide printing competition hosted by the Printing Industries of Wisconsin. PIW is the state’s trade association for printing and the graphic arts.
Competing against nearly 800 entries from printers and graphic arts firms in the state, Inland Label received three separate Awards of Excellence: one for the flexographic-printed Bones Rum pressure sensitive label; another for the Rubbermaid Horses Tote injection in-mold label; and a third for its offset-printed Packers Bucket injection in-mold label, molded by Jokey for Spirit Popcorn.
‘We are extremely proud to have won these awards,’ said Jackie Kuehlmann, marketing manager for Inland Label. ‘Our customers continue to encourage us to use the most innovative techniques to create high quality, visually appealing labels for their brands. We’d like to congratulate our customers whose labels have received these awards along with us.’
