Van den Bergh ownership changes hands
Sunro Holding, owned by Leo van Sunder and Jaap Van Roon, has acquired the shares of Van den Bergh Engineering Nv. Marc Van den Bergh will be retained as a consultant. Sunro have pledged to continue development of Van den Bergh’s product lines including labeling equipment, die-cutting units and hotfoil stamping machines.
