Wavetrend signs distribution agreement with Tech Data

Wavetrend, a supplier of active RFID solutions, has teamed up with Tech Data Corporation, a distributor of IT products. Under the terms of the agreement, Tech Data will have distribution rights to Wavetrend's portfolio of active RFID products in the United States, Mexico and Canada. The distribution agreement will help Wavetrend meet the demand for its active RFID products within this territory.

‘With this agreement, accredited channel partners will now be able to source Wavetrend active RFID products from a world-class distributor with six distribution centers across the US,’ said Saleem Miyan, Wavetrend's VP of worldwide sales, marketing and professional services. ‘With more than 1500 installations of our technology across North America, the prospect of being able to offer Tech Data’s services to our solutions partners is very exciting and we are delighted by the formalization of this relationship.’
