CMG becomes Alwan's master distributor in North America

Alwan Color Expertise and Color Management Group (CMG) have partnered to offer gold-standard color and consulting expertise to printing and packaging providers in North America. 

Under the agreement, CMG became the exclusive master distributor of France-based Alwan software products in the US and Canada on January 1.

This year, Alwan is focusing on new and faster features to support color management and process control for G7, ISO and increasingly multicolor (ECG) customer environments. 

Elie Khoury, Alwan founder and CEO, said, 'CMG has an A-list of consultants; experts who understand where Alwan products will serve providers best. They have been asking for access to the Alwan product line, and now, with CMG as our distributor, they have it.'

CMG's consultants are known for their color expertise across the full range of print and packaging production settings.

'We’re thrilled to work with Elie and his team as CMG becomes the new master distributor for Alwan in North America,' Lida Jalali Marschke, founder and owner of CMG, added. 'I have always admired what Elie has accomplished, and I am confident that our combined experiences will benefit the industry.'

Marschke said CMG member and color expert Ron Ellis is the primary Alwan trainer for CMG. Ellis has conducted a couple of trainings already, and the next Alwan session is scheduled for March.
