Dalim Software, a developer of workflow software, made its first appearance at Labelexpo Europe in Brussels this year.

‘We were delighted by the amount of interest from such an experienced audience on our booth,’ said Christofer Graf, Dalim Software's chief commercial officer. ‘Judging from the many contacts we made and all the projects we initiated, we can safely say that our new ES product line is the perfect match to the latest challenges in the labels and packaging industry.’

The ES (Enterprise Solutions) architecture is based on open standards like XMP, JDF, AJAX and the Adobe PDF Print Engine and offers a wide range of tools from online approval to web-based production management.

At the show, Dalim Software introduced two new modules: ‘milestones’, which maps business processes with production, and ‘metadata’ for easy media management and interaction with file processing workflows.

BG-Pack, a Swiss provider of pre-media services for flexo printing, purchased Dalim Software's ES platform at the show. ‘Today printers, retailers and brand owners expect us to visualize our services and processes on the web,’ said BG-Pack CEO Victor Gotsch.
