EFI completes acquisition of Radius Solutions

EFI has completed its previously announced acquisition of Radius Solutions, a provider of print MIS systems for the packaging industry.

Also as previously indicated, Radius Solutions will become part of the Advanced Professional Print Software (APPS) division of EFI. EFI intends to integrate a number of its products, including Fiery, Vutek, Jetrion, Digital StoreFront, PrintFlow and Auto-Count, with the Radius product line.
