AVT prepares for Labelexpo Europe 2025
The AVT team will showcase its range of print inspection systems at Labelexpo, with the renewed flagship AVT Helios taking center stage.

AVT (Advanced Vision Technology) has confirmed to showcase its latest innovations in print inspection and color accuracy, as well as in workflow automation, at Labelexpo Europe. AVT will make its first appearance as a standalone company at this year’s Labelexpo, in Hall 5.
'This is our first Labelexpo event since we became an independent company in March, and we are incredibly excited to meet with our customers and colleagues from Europe and around the world in Barcelona,' said AVT Co-owner and CEO Roy Porat. 'Our independence has given us the freedom to build and maintain better relationships with our partners and act according to what we hear from the field. As a standalone brand, we have embraced the opportunity to strengthen our core competence, react fast to our customers’ needs with full dedication to driving innovation and excellence in print inspection technology.
'Six months on, we have already enjoyed a fantastic response from the market, with customers commenting and commending us on how agile we are,' he said. 'We enjoy several longstanding relationships with many global brands, and being an independent company has enabled us to strengthen those relationships. This status also allows AVT to enjoy both freedom of focus and strategy in the form of autonomy, while continuing the strong relationships we have maintained for years with partners like Esko and X-Rite Pantone, with whom we will also be collaborating at Labelexpo.
'The value AVT delivers in terms of quality is acknowledged worldwide by manufacturers from all regions, and we are thrilled that AVT systems will not only be a part of Labelexpo demonstrations in our own stand, but also in partner stands at the show.'
The AVT team will showcase its range of print inspection systems at Labelexpo in Barcelona, with the renewed flagship AVT Helios taking center stage. 'Helios is our market-proven, automatic 100 percent inspection system for labels and narrow web,' said Guy Yogev, AVT vice president of product and marketing. 'Our new product portfolio, which we introduced last year, resulted in great success and impressive feedback from the market. Minimizing waste and enhancing overall performance is key for our customers, and AVT is continuously working on enhancing value and overall cost reduction to meet these challenges.'
As well as showcasing the benefits of in-line inspection, the AVT team will demonstrate its workflow automation tools that further accelerate production while reducing errors and eliminating waste. 'Labelexpo visitors will be able to witness first-hand some of our latest innovations that deliver further efficiency and productivity gains, such as our varnish inspection, barcode verification and in-line SpectraLab color accuracy system,' said Yogev. 'We’ll also be showcasing additional innovations - but people will have to wait until September to hear more about that.'
AVT claims to be at the leading edge of print inspection advancements since it was founded in 1992, helping printers worldwide achieve high-quality and efficiency through automated systems that deliver quality control at the highest production speeds.
'With more than 30 years at the forefront of in-line and 100 percent inspection systems, AVT is now building on its rich heritage,' added Porat. 'We are looking forward to welcoming visitors at Labelexpo, where we will demonstrate our total dedication to driving innovation and excellence in print inspection technology while partnering with customers on a personal level.'
