WS Packaging Group to acquire SenecaSalem

WS Packaging Group has signed a definitive agreement to purchase SenecaSalem. SenecaSalem operates two printing facilities: one in Salem, Ohio, and the other in Franklin, Pennsylvania.  The company produces an array of labels via offset and flexographic printing, including shrink sleeve, cut-and-stack paper and film labels, in-mold labeling (blow and injection), and roll-to-roll labeling, among others.
