Corona Supplies launches corona treater

At Labelexpo Europe, Corona Supplies demonstrated its new ‘Easy-Clean’ corona treater designed specifically for the narrow web treatment market. 

With a simple operation to remove the complete electrode cartridge, exposing the four ceramic discharge electrodes, cleaning is claimed to be quicker and easier than with other models, reducing corona down-time and increasing performance. After cleaning, return slide and lock the electrode cartridge for a quick re-start. With external corona air-gap setting and all high-tension connections mounted outside ozone environment, ‘reliable high-quality corona treatment is guaranteed’, says the company. 

The compact cantilevered design makes it suitable for mounting on all types of press, including digital, flexo and letterpress. 

‘With orders taken on the booth and more too follow Corona Supplies were more than satisfied with their participation at the show,’ said the company in a statement.
