Edale installs Beta press in India

Uflex, the Indian flexible packaging company, has installed a 5-color Beta modular press from Edale at one of its factories in Noida near New Delhi. 

Uflex is focused on the manufacturing of flexible laminates, films and security products, with over 6,000 employees working across manufacturing facilities in India, Dubai, Egypt and Mexico and a strong market presence in over 105 countries. 

Edale’s Beta press can incorporate up to 14 print stations and three converting units and is suited to production of labels, tags and sachets. More than 70 installations have taken place around the world. 

Project managers G.P. Pathak and Sanjay Saxena cited their desire to enter the label market as a key motivation behind the purchase. 

With over 70 installations around the world, the Beta is proven to be a key product in the Edale range; designed for easy accessibility and flexibility, the Beta has the capacity to incorporate up to 14 print stations and three converting stations and is suited to the production of high quality labels, tags and sachets.
