WEBSITE BANNER REQUIREMENTS

Size:

Each image banner should be max 150kb

Format:

JPEG, PNG or GIF

Dimensions:

Premium banner (you must submit two sizes):

  • 970 × 90 pixels – desktop
  • 320 × 100 pixels – mobile

Box banner (for Enhanced & Standard)

  • 300 × 250 pixels

Landing page:

A URL landing page. Please note, your link should not be a redirect link (i.e. your domain must be part of the URL you supply), as this will result in your banner being rejected.

EMAIL LABEL NEWS BANNER REQUIREMENTS

Size:

Each image banner should be max 50kb

Format:

JPEG, PNG or GIF. Please note, GIF format is not recommended as animated GIFS do not display in all outlook versions, only the first frame is displayed.

Dimensions:

Box banner 150 × 125 pixels.

Landing page:

You will need to provide a URL landing page.

RETARGETING BANNER REQUIREMENTS

Each image banner should be max 150kb

Format:

JPEG, PNG or GIF format

Dimensions:

JPEG, PNG or GIF format

You can submit all below banner sizes, but the ones with the asterisk are mandatory

  • 300 × 250 pixels – Medium Rectangle Ad*
  • 320 × 50 pixels – Mobile Leaderboard*
  • 728 × 90 pixels – Leaderboard Banner*
  • 160 × 600 pixels – Wide Skyscraper*
  • 300 × 600 pixels – Half-page ad*
  • 320 × 100 pixels
  • 300 × 100 pixels
  • 300 × 50 pixels
  • 468 × 60 pixels
  • 336 × 280 pixels

GIFs:

The animation can only loop within 30 seconds; more than that will lead to disapproval.

Please note:

It's mandatory to provide up to 10 countries for the targeting audience section

Best Practice

  • Keep things simple

    Lengthy passages of text on your banners are not recommended. The words will be too small and few people will bother reading.

  • Maintain a clear hierarchy

    Your company logo, the value proposition and the call to action.

  • Use text, images and colour schemes effectively

    Make it stand out so you get more exposure, branding and entice people to click.

  • Focus one banner ad on one product

    Avoid pushing more than one message or product
