Griff welcomes new production manager

Abigail Ferguson has been appointed as Griff Paper and Film’s new production manager. Ferguson has worked at Griff for five and a half years. In 2016, she started as a front desk receptionist before working her way up to a customer service position. Prior to her current role, Ferguson also worked as a sales and account management specialist.

According to the company, Abigail Ferguson’s extensive skill set is an asset to The Griff Network and has allowed her to succeed in a variety of roles. In her current role, she is responsible for monitoring production and ensuring all employees are following proper safety procedures. Additionally, Ferguson is responsible for making sure products are effectively produced in a timely manner. She is also in charge of evaluating machine operations and ensuring proper equipment maintenance takes place.

Other recent changes at The Griff Network include machine upgrades; the company recently purchased two new narrow width slitters and expanded its capabilities to include CNC machining for internal parts manufacturing.
