Faller Packaging has partnered with Rotzinger to develop the new Eco Save Pack for fragile products. It will be presented at. The upcoming Pharmapack tradeshow in Paris, France in February 2023.

Sustainable packaging solutions are the central theme of Faller Packaging’s trade fair appearance at Pharmapack. According to the company, the demand is high for recyclable monomaterial packaging in the pharmaceutical industry.

To enhance its expertise in this segment, Faller Packaging relies on cooperation with other companies, such as the process and packaging technology specialist Rotzinger PharmaPack. With their jointly developed Eco Save Pack, the companies are continuously optimising the idea of a sustainable packaging solution for fragile products, thus exploiting synergy effects.

Pharmapack visitors in Paris will also see Faller Packaging’s wide range of sustainable packaging concepts close up. The company offers a broad portfolio of modular folding cartons, laminate-free labels and environmentally friendly leaflets. Among other innovations, Faller Packaging will also show plastic-free packaging inlays. This high-quality packaging made by paper injection moulding is 100 percent dimensionally stable, sustainable and biodegradable, making it one of the industry’s most environmentally friendly packaging.

Faller Packaging will present its label with a printable temperature indicator that increases both user-friendliness and safety. The label is equipped with sensor technology that turns it blue when stored below eight degrees Celsius. As soon as the temperature exceeds 18 degrees Celsius, the sensor changes colour, and the message ‘OK’ is displayed. The display is reversible and can move back and forth between temperatures as often as desired. The label can also be individually adapted to the customer’s requirements in terms of design and the required temperature range.
